At Meepo Board, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance electric skateboard. If your board is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the board in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, remote controllers, and chargers to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our designated regional service center for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the board is in new, unused condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
