How long does shipping take for my Meepo Board?
Shipping times vary by location. Orders from our local warehouses typically arrive in 3-7 business days, while factory-direct shipping can take 15-25 business days depending on customs processing.
What is the warranty policy on new boards?
All Meepo boards come with a 6-month limited warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials. This includes the motor, battery, and motherboard under normal usage conditions.
Is the Meepo Board waterproof?
Our boards are rated IP54, making them water-resistant against splashes and light rain. However, we strongly advise against riding through deep puddles or in heavy downpours to protect the electronic components.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for installment-based financing.
Can I bring my board on an airplane?
Standard boards with batteries exceeding 160Wh are generally not allowed on commercial flights. We recommend checking your specific model's battery capacity and your airline's dangerous goods policy before traveling.
How do I perform a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. The board must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
